This guide explains step-by-step how to use every feature of your Myanmar Employment Agency profile on Myanmar Worker Connect.

Register an Account
Go to the Register page, enter your email address and password, then verify your email with the one-time code sent to your inbox.

Select the Agency Role
During registration, choose "Myanmar Employment Agency" as your account type. This unlocks the agency dashboard, worker management tools, job listing tools, and access to the recruiter network.

Open Your Dashboard
After logging in, tap the Dashboard icon. You will be guided to complete your agency registration before accessing full features.

Enter Agency Information
Fill in your agency name (in English and Myanmar), Ministry of Labour (MOL) license number, contact person, contact email, contact phone, address, and city.

Upload Your MOL License Document
Upload a clear photo or scan of your Ministry of Labour license document. This is required for verification. Agencies without a verified MOL license cannot post jobs or connect with workers on the platform.

Upload an Agency Logo
Add your agency logo to make your profile look professional and recognisable to workers and recruitment companies.

Add an Agency Description
Write a short description of your agency, your services, and the types of jobs you specialise in. This appears on your public profile.

Submit for Verification
Tap "Save". An admin will review your MOL license and agency information. You will receive a notification once your account is approved. Only approved agencies can access the full platform.
