This guide explains step-by-step how to use every feature of your recruiter profile on Myanmar Worker Connect.

Register an Account
Go to the Register page, enter your email and password, then verify your email with the one-time code sent to your inbox.

Select the Recruiter Role
During registration, choose "Recruitment Company" as your account type. This unlocks the recruiter dashboard, staff management, job posting tools, and access to the worker database.

Open Your Dashboard
After logging in, tap the Dashboard icon. You will be prompted to complete your company registration before accessing full features.

Enter Company Information
Fill in your company name (English and Thai), Thai Government Company ID, contact person, contact email, contact phone, address, city, and province.

Upload Your Company ID Document
Upload a photo of your Thai Government Company Registration document. This is required for verification. The document seal date determines your document expiry (6 months after the seal date).

Upload a Business License
Upload your business license document. Both documents are required for admin verification.

Upload a Company Logo
Add your company logo to make your profile look professional and recognisable to workers and employers.

Submit for Verification
Tap "Save". An admin will review your documents and company information. You will receive a notification once your account is approved. Only approved companies can post jobs and access worker profiles.
